                                                                           "Hot2gO" - THE GAS KETTLE

This product has been developed by company "AMGAZIT" (Kibbutz Kfar-Etzion). Development was preceded with detailed studying the world market. Research in the field of marketing has shown    the world market requires such production and the need for it makes almost half million pieces in a year.

For production "Hot2gO" the company "Etzion Gas Production Ltd." has been based. The industrial base has been calculated on release of the limited quantity of production to check up reliability of results of marketing. Financing of the project has been provided due to the bank credit, means kibbutz, individual share of gas company "SUPERGAS" and also private sponsors. In the further modernization of a line was provided in case results will prove to be true partially, and its replacement by the automated line of high efficiency if results of marketing will prove to be true completely.

Samples of a trial party "Hot2gO" have passed necessary tests for conformity to requirements of the Israeli both International Standards and examination in the Certify Center European Economic Communities (EC) and has received the corresponding certificate.  With In 1997 has begun serial release and realization of gas kettle.

Kettles were got not only private persons, but also many companies and the enterprises of the basic branches of a national economy - the electric company, a number companies and organizations of the building industry, an agriculture, transport, etc., and also army and police. Occurrence "Hot2gO" in trading networks of Israel has caused very big interest of buyers and positive reaction of press and TV.  At television competition of novelties of the industrial goods the product "Hot2gO" has been recognized by the best.  Gas kettles were shown and at large international industrial exhibitions in the Europe and the USA. During with 1997 for 1999 from the order of 3000 made kettle, their basic part has been exported to many countries of the world, including the USA, Germany, France, Australia, Japan, India, etc.

Soon in the company "Etzion Gas Production" on "Hot2gO" orders and, the majority of them for export deliveries have started to act. For short time the quantity of production under the accepted orders considerably was exceeded with technical opportunities of an existing industrial line. For performance of obligations on deliveries it was necessary to start corresponding modernization of a line as earlier it has been stipulated. The company management has addressed in the bank for granting of the additional credit on conditions of its return simultaneously with earlier received bank credit. The bank as a condition of additional crediting insisted on that earlier the given out bank credit preliminary has been returned. As the company  kibbutz demanded means for this moment had no, and other sources of financing to involve it was not possible, orders for delivery of production have appeared impracticable. For this reason in 2000 year the company "Etzion Gas Production” has been recognized by the bankrupt and liquidated. The dismantled equipment together with a stock of completing products, and ready units of kettle, and also non-realized by the moment of bankruptcy finished goods, have been placed in one of the henhouses allocated for warehousing till the moment of performance of the decision of court.. It is clear, that the people involved in creation "Hot2gO", have been extremely surprised by the conditions of granting of the additional credit put forward by bank and are disappointed by the decision of court on bankruptcy of the company. They consider it’s unreasoned. In fact continuation of serial release of a product under the acted applications guaranteed not only return to bank of both credits, including penal extra charges for delay, but also long-term stable profit to a factory, to kibbutz, to suppliers, trading networks, the state treasury, etc.

1. For the last 7 years technical progress did not stand on a place. There was a huge assortment of the new consumer goods, a plenty of legal analogues of products and weight of the illegal fakes made on samples of popular production of the advanced firms. But the gas kettle and today remains not surpassed unique product which is not having analogues in the world. Till now those who have had time to get them till 2000 year use gas kettle. Till now owners of gas kettle for whom they have ceased to work for any reason, address for the help to the manufacturer with requests for carrying out of maintenance service or repair. Unfortunately, to them refuse in it for the reason, that the manufacturer - the company "Etzion Gas Production Ltd." It is liquidated, and its assignee – kibbutz   Kfar-Etzion - legally has no right to perform any works connected with production of its gone bankrupt enterprise pending repayment of promissory notes before bank.

Inquiries from foreign trading firms of Australia, Germany, France and other countries about gas kettle and prospects of renewal of their manufacture till now act. The Australian firm "Piranha”  one of the first bought in 1998-1999 a greater party of kettle, till now keeps the information on them on the Internet (http: // www.piranhaoffroad.com.au/products/hot2go/hot2go.htm.) . For renewal of manufacture of Hot2gO Gas Kettle it is necessary and enough to pay under the bank the loan debt of kibbutz   Kfar-Etzion and to become the owner (owner) checked up on practice profitable business.
