what are the policies in Indian (IT/ITES) companies and our firm is small.

Employees Terms And Conditions Policy

Employees Compensation And Benefit Policy

I like to know about leaves structure.it will be great if you send me all the format what hr has to follow.i just want to compare from other industries also....
