Am from Chandigarh, and i often see the situation where there are no Traffic Police available when traffic lights are not working. Do traffic police and traffic lights have same time to get turned off!!!

Vishant that happens sometimes. When the traffic is less. But we should also have some ethics while driving. Even though when the traffic lights are off we should have control in driving..... :)
