Dear respeted sir/madam
I AM MOHAN V BHAVIMANI I HAVE COMPLETED M.Sc BIOTECHNOLOGY,presently working in isolation and purification of antigens from native source.
I kindly request to you or pray to you sir please solve my immunotechnological questions,as soon as possible.
QUESTIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
1) HOW TO SELECT WHICH IMMUNOLOGICALTECHNIQUES ARE BEST FOR ISOLATION AND PURIFICATION OF ANTIGENS.
2)WHICH ORGANS OR TISSUES OR ANY OTHER PARTS OF BODY PRODUCTION OF MONOCLONOAL ANTIBODIES IN MAN,RAT MOUSE,NEW ZEALAND ALBINO RABBIT.
kindly let me know what is the source of your antigen.. may be then i can help u out..
for monoclonal antibody production in mouse imunisation in the peritoneum is preferred... i am afraid u cant use humans;....
