Hi,
I have two years of experience as tech support in IBM and now I work in service management based on ITIL framework, am I elligibe after one year which will make my work experience of 3 years?
Please advise
Amit
To go for the PMP certification there are 3 eligibility criteria’s.
1. Degree or Diploma holder.
2. (A) Degree-4500 working hours on project or 3 years experience without overlapping months.
(b)Diploma-7500 working hours on project or 5 years experience without overlapping months.
3. 35 contact hour’s certificate
Ater achiving the PMP certificate from PMI in an span of 3 year we need to attain 60PDU's to continue with the PMP certificate.
along with the mininum hours or months of experians in had we need 40 PDU's to have an eligiblity which can be obtained by attendiung sessions provided by REP's for which we need to enroll.
some more advice to be this 4500 hrs of experiace to be spread in all the knowledge area.
