What is the best website to find Prospects and Leads. Can anyone please suggest. That could reduce the turn around time of an inside sales team.

How are you? Yes hoovers helps us building prospects database, however its usage is somewhat limited to company details and executive management contacts only. Also this is a paid site. But there are several other sites that could help you to do the same and free of cost. sites like www.zoominfo.com can provide u the details of the company & executive contacts. what you need to do is free signup. The second is www.jigsaw.com to look for specific contacts. Jigsaw provides free registration with some points to buy the contacts. you can earn more points by inviting your friends to the website under you referrel. Also you can earn points by adding some contacts and companies on the Jigsaw database. per contact cost you 5 points and what you ll get is contact person name, address,directline no. switchboard and emaiid.

Try Hoovers.com; though this is a paid access to the database, it can considerably reduce the sales cycle by providing information of the right contacts in an organization.
A large number of other databases can be suggested if you narrow on the country/countries where you intend to target for sales. For example: infoUSA has a fantastic database of US organizations with contacts listed in every department. But Hoovers works for most countries, though, you will have to buy subscriptions for individual countries.
