Generally one video DVD contain round about 4 to 5 movies. it has capacity of approx 4.2GB. I have one video DVD which contain 1 hour Movie of 3.2 GB. file format is ".vob". means DVD is approx 85% full. I have 5 video DVD, each contains 1 hour movie. I want to make one Video DVD from 5. In one video DVD approximately 7 to 8 hour movie can be included. So at first i have converted one video DVD ".vob" file to ".mpg" format. so it comes to approx 750MB from 3.2GB. it is approxemately one CD. i converted all the 5 DVD .Vob file to .mpg file. Now my total data of all video DVD comes to approx 4GB from 3.2 GB(one DVD) x 5 DVD = approx 16GB. So now DATA can be included in one DVD. My problem starts here, When i am going to burn DVD, Nero(Burning Software) demands for DVD compatible File means ".vob" format. if i will convert in ".vob" then all data will increases to 16 GB. So what should i have to do to make one DVD. So how Video DVD makers include 4 to 5 movie in one DVD in ".vob" format? Guide me..
Process flow -->one DVD (one hour movie) file format ".vob" of 3.2 GB --> file converted to ".mpg" (one hour movie) size is approx 700 MB -->step by step 5 DVD converted to ".mpg" from ".vob" so total 6 hour movie generated. approx 4 GB. --> one DVD has capacity of approx 4.2GB. --> Nero burning software for Video DVD write Section --> it demnands for ".vob" format. -->how can we include 4 to 5 movie in one DVD If it is in .mpg format.
