Can u tell me is it refused area is obligatory for Highrise building? How we can shun that area any idea

Mallaya sir, the refused area which I am asking is provided for fire escape for high-rise building.

If you are referring the refuse area in a high rise building the area for disposing the garbage, it is very much manadatory for everybuilding.The liquid wastes and sewage from bath and water closets gets disposed through sewerage system.Disposal of refuse in soild semi solid form (food wastes, sweepings from cleaning the floor) is a problem in every high rise buildings.These gets disposed through garbage chutes which runs through shafts provided in ear marked areas of refuse.
