The new information technology amendment act 2008, passed gives enormous tyrannical powers to Indian Government to scan into citizen's confidential information, confiscate private electronic property like softwares, computers, Servers and if found to be spreading malicious viruses/trojans that hamper National Security then the accused is arrested and sentenced for Life Term.
