Respected Sir, I'm a diplomat in Cyber law. I would like to know that as an Indian Citizen how can I safeguard my rights with respect to the new information technology act 2008 which is said to violate the "Human Rights"?

The new information technology amendment act 2008, passed gives enormous tyrannical powers to Indian Government to scan into citizen's confidential information, confiscate private electronic property like softwares, computers, Servers and if found to be spreading malicious viruses/trojans that hamper National Security then the accused is arrested and sentenced for Life Term.
