What is the scope of online Trainings? Can they be a better way of training as compared to face to face trainings?

First of all Jasmin congratulations for your job.

I am happy to see HR manager from job seeker.

Now, online training has its own set of benefits. It may or may not include flexibility but it gives you an ease. It is almost like self study with a manual which can make you more efficient.

Thanks,Shweta for referral.

It will depend on system configuration of network. It should be user friendly and any doubt should be cleared on line itself. It can prove boon to learners who want to upgrade their skill sets.

Any training without a classroom and without group discussions is time waster for me.I believe you cant learn 100% without sitting in a class room and learning alone even!. by the way thanks for referral

hello Shweta,i too agree on online training programmes are good enough rather than class room ones.class rooms will take you to your old school day's experience and some sort of rigidity will be there throughout session which is difficult after some age.

People loves classroon or on job training instead of on-lines. Classroom trainings are more interesting and the employees can be motivated from it. Now a days online is a regular system in our D2D office works and it will bring no difference to the employee to improve his skills and productivity.

On-line training is call of the current time in every field, as it suits an individual's need & time.

Thanks for referral, Shweta.

Now the world is moving into interactive systems in education and offcourse interactive online trainings would be a revolution. Any change does take time for the mass to get used to, There are no perfect systems that would be effective, However online training would be depended onthe intrerest generated by the user and trainer could answer his queries through chat or demo. However Content and user friendliness of the training will be the charmers !

Shweta,

Videoconferencing is rapidly gaining popularity and can benefit training organisations at all levels.

Videoconferencing provides an environment where participants are not only able to hear the conversation, but can see each other's facial expressions and body language as well.
