What is Service Value Agreement? how its going to benefits clients and whats vendors take on it? i would also like to know future market.

The basic idea is to put more emphasis on the added value, the something extra that the service provider offers the customer – and agree on that value in some way. Service providers that create offerings with a high degree of SVA involvement are expected to have an edge over the competition in the future. It is also important to realize that SVA is something completely different from SLA. If they look alike, the formulation of the SVA has gone wrong.
