Prevention of corruption : This may be partly possible as things will be made transparent - many a jobs will be done without man-to-man contact.
Contro : Same reason.
We must remember that a significant portion of our population is illeterate. More over all literates are not computer-literate. So much impct may not be seen at this point of time.
