Yes presently it is one way to reduce corruption in India..... but we should has a proper system to keep it secure...

certainly yes it should be recorded with record of each section of correction made or alteration of data done, with timing & to be published time to time for public viewing.

People with Morals and Ethics will prevent or help in preventing corruption - one cannot expect that systems would help prevent corruption.

We can say it would helpful to make some confidence among people.... But what would be the actual impact on corruption will see in next few years... right now we can't make any conclusion for same as per my view...

it is a good tool to prevent corruption to a maximum extent,since no one will interact with the officers,you can go by procedure stipulated by law.

Yes it surely can help.

Yet sincerity in use is still required, alongside, effective fail-proof systems.

Technology can at best make the work easier and effective. How it is used is primely important.

Prevention of corruption : This may be partly possible as things will be made transparent - many a jobs will be done without man-to-man contact.

Contro : Same reason.

We must remember that a significant portion of our population is illeterate. More over all literates are not computer-literate. So much impct may not be seen at this point of time.
