While some businesses have genuine money problem, others are misusing the situation. The effect is enormous. Many small time businesses and service providers are suffering. It is not wrong if Government/Courts step in to rectify the situation.

India has not implemented personal credit scoring throughout the country to maintain the credit worthiness of SME. We have to suffer until such time, this is in place to do sound and meaningful business. The best way to stem the rut ascertain the credit scording of your clients before entering into contracts with them.
