I dont totaly agree with this comment. actually I m Of the point that for a different departments different qualifications should be there. How can we expect from a man who is health minister and he dont know anything about the working of hospitals.Actually With particular qualification for a particular ministry one can take wise desicions .As we know indian politics is full of illiterate loon's who dont know anything about there ministries but they do know how to swallow the entire money. For changing this mess youth and well educated youth have to come forward and should try to represent the people. For the benefit of the country we have to take the reins of this country in our hand. Jai hind.

The Idea is good. my answer is not practical. We are producing only minimum number of civil service men in the country. If we are producing mass number of civil service men, the quality of the post will be lost. We can have another suggestion that all elected MPs and MLAs should undergo a training with basic civil laws will help improve their job.

THINK OF THESE COMBINATIONS:

DULL BRAIN + CORRUPT ILLITERATE = BAD

SHARP BRAIN + CORRUPT ILLITERATE = NORMAL

DULL BRAIN + CORRUPT LITERATE = NORMAL

SHARP BRAIN + CORRUPT LITERATE = DISASTER

NOW DECIDE WHAT IS CORRECT?

A very good question.

My answer is Yes.

Also they should be age restriction as well as restriction on number of times holding the same office in the same capacity (similar to US - President).

We are billion people country, but we have same aging legacy politicians talking the same old problems like caste and religion. Now what India needs is security, infrastructure and corrupt free country which only can be achieved from a young leader who is not a sibling of any current politician living or dead.
