Most of the retail sagment judges it's performance by per square feet procurement of sales, i think if some bench mark figures can be researched, why can't this farmula be made applicable to all?
its a suggestion and quarry too.......

With retail rentals having a major effect on profitablity, per square feet sales performanc is the best indicative factor. However, these figures vary
from city to city, and between different localities within a city as well. A scientific study will give directive figures.
