In our offical life or even in personal life. Sometimes Whatever we do others take credit for the same. Should we care about it or just ignore it?

Ofcourse one should care to the extent that one's reputation in the organisation should not hamper. I don't say that one should be after getting the sole credit for the work done by him/her. Point is that superiors should have a confidence in your working and your capability to accomplish the set targets. Ultimately these credits of your working will only add up to your efficiency of executing the set targets.
