BJP has turned down PM's luncheon to show its anger & disappointment over the alleged 'extra  active' role of the CBI in the much sought, alleged fake encounter case of the criminal & gangster Sohrabuddin & his wife KauserB.

The Bio-Chemistry graduate minister has resigned & his arrest is imminent amidst the cat-mouse game which is going over for the last couple of days or so...as the media reports say.

The Congress spokes person heard saying..'this has sent shivers in the collective spine of the BJP'...after the central leadership of the BJP came forth to defend the right hand & close aide of their one of most prominent CM & contender for the top chair in the country...

Both the national parties are in open spat over the matter with bitter & acrimonious charges & counter charges are being made openly at the very senior levels,,,,

So friends,,,,how do you take stock of this rising political temperature....

I do not believe that the person who was killed was innocent, but the encounter could have been false. If a gangster or terrorist is killed, the Indian courts cry foul. However, the same gangster/terrorist/ naxals can kill thousands of defense personnel or innocent civilians and nobody would care a damn!

That is the situation in India, my friends. Wake up!

What about Kashmiri pandits who were murdered or thrown out of their homes by Jihadi forces ? Did anybody raise a voice about them (not even our "honorable" Supreme Court).

All the things are politically motivated by the Congress Party. Not long ago, Ishrat Jahan was proclaimed as a suicide bomber by noted terrorist Headly, so the Congress had to do something.

So they have managed to exhume the Sohrabuddin case.

There is more to it than the common persons can see. Given a chance the Indian Government won't hesitate to sell this country to Taliban, to the Naxals and other anarchist forces, just for some cheap vote bank politics.

Very best of Indian Judicial system takes a political turn -  probably the best I could describe from all that's happening with Sohrabuddin and KauserBi's murder case. I strongly believe nothing would have happened if all was left to political parties. Now that things are in BAD shape for BJP (thru its trump card), to take all advantages has to be Congress' call.

But the way things happen in India, nothing much would happen as there are n-number of instances when we thought country would be rocked but all fears were damp squib.
