I also prefer independent research organization, but this may not work for the benefit of the company.

I feel the government should made mandatory that testing should be done by the independent organization other than the intrested companies. It gives them little chance to manipulate results for their vested intrests.

I think independent organisation. By hiring an independent clinical research organization to administer testing, results of testing are less questioned, since the independent organization has no self-interest in promoting a bad drug. Increasingly as some medications, which were tested by their makers, have proven not to do what they promise...
