Headquartered in Brookfield, Wis., the company serves more than 21,000 clients worldwide with manpower of 25000.  Opportunity: Sr. Manager Finance – Noida Qualifications / Experience :-

1. CA with article ship from a good CA firm is must.
2. Should have monthly reporting (MIS) , Finance, treasury function, MIS, legal, corporate reporting and legal compliances work in the past.
3. IT industry / services multinational experience (at least 8-9 years) preferred. Multinational Audit Firm (E&Y, Delloite, etc.) expérience a plus
4. US GAAP Accounting is must.

 Person Profile 

1. Must be process oriented and having good monthly closing and reporting knowledge (with Indian  and US GAAP)
2. Understanding and knowledge of US GAAP and SOX Compliances, Tax rules and employees taxation
3. Awareness and good understanding of US accounting
4. High on ability to take initiatives , strong communication, analytical skills and writing skills
5. Good Implementer of  internal processes and controls
6. Review of business contracts and legal agreements to ensure statutory compliance and protection of company interests
7. Good team player, able to help managers achieve their financial objectives and understand the need for customer satisfaction
