I think both are similar. the only difference student who have not passed the entarnce exame, those student goes to pgdm, this is basic definition. But, todays the value is MBA/PGDM is becoming down due to lack of proper practical knowledge, high salary demand, job turn over ratio etc.,and more and more cutomised diploma courses are entered in market.And as per cutomised market, student can easy to choose their career and also get depth knowledge.
