MENTOR CONCEPT: Identifying some people to be mentors of certain groups where either new joinees or people from other departments or interested employees may join. This has following advantages.
1. The mentors feels empowered, his self esteem will be high, his belongingness to the organisation will be improved.
2. For the group members, knowledge & skill levels will be improved.
3. These members strive to become mentors.
4. A learning organisation will be created.
5. The attrition levels possibly come down.
