What about a fresher??What an interviewer should look for in a fresher?U cant just judge that person by experience because he/she has no experience but can u say that he/she wont be adaptable?
Can u say that he/she wo'nt be upto the expectation level?Yes experience is what it all matters. But to me first you should take a look whether he/she is capabale of doing that job or not.
Am sorry to post this question to you all but yes i agree to all.from my piont of view is the practical knowledge is most important when it comes to finishing up the job which a fresher can't do..
Academics ??? hmmm one can be great at academics but when he is goes through practicals he might not be that good.
What I feel is academics should not be the first preference. Experience matters...
Komal Maheshwari, I agree to you that Communication skills should be prefered....Experience with good communication skills
Nice question Mr. Nagpal....i really think the interviewer should prefer experience than academics, as i have seen most of the people with different education background doing different jobs and they are all really good at that, and they have adapted so quickly that they have changed their field altogether, so experience is what one should prefer than Academics.
