According to me there are two main challenges. These are
- Recruitment & retention of high risk individuals (need long-term follow-up).
- Defining the right end-points to get a managable trial size.

i agree with Mr Sudhakar abt the inclusion of High risk individuals to bring in solid validation and remove distractable noise from trends......

Every medicine/vaccine has to go through human testing before coming to the market. Therefore according to me availability of volunteers would be a great challenge for conducting clinical trials for vaccines.
