MBA, the most sought out course for one and all, nowadays everybody wants to pursue MBA just because it has very good future and MBA professionals are the most wanted professionals for all types of industry which is out there, and the pay scale for them is highest compared to other professionals, and MBA gives them opportunity to involve with the top management officials and the Big C's of the organization, with all these MBA has become a priority for one and all. But then only students are opting for the full time courses of MBA which is there for 2yrs but what about industry professionals who want to change their career path, they can't go for full time course until and unless they quit their job and pursue MBA..

So is there only one format of MBA or there are any other specialized courses in MBA which are there on the offering, which suits one's budget and time, and his preference over the subject as such, as there is very little knowledge about this, so why don't we share them on the site, which will help others also!!

Part time MBA - According to me, if one is thinking about changing their career, or accelerating along the path of their current career, and thinking about doing an MBA Through part time MBA they will expand their existing knowledge base. It will open your eyes to the new opportunities that are there. This requires as many courses as a full-time program and the classes are for a longer duration. In other words, it may take you three to five years to complete your MBA in a part-time program as opposed to a two-year full-time program. There are institutes like MDI Gurgaon, NMIMS Mumbai and SP Jain Mumbai are some of the reputed B-schools that offer part time MBA courses. I guess this will help you Arun!!!

One year full time program

One year Post Graduate Programs in Management. These programs are often aimed at working professionals and are also called Executive MBAs. This is a residential program which is exclusively for those with years of work experience, the latter offers specializations in the fields of manufacturing and operations, IT and information management for students with minimum five years experience. The main advantage with this program is that your existing work, industry experience and job skills can save you a significant amount of time in completing your MBA, then you are able to customize your studies to suit your specific needs. The program also includes placements, visiting faculty from industry , and most of all, it helps you build an intensive network with fellow students who will be entering the industry. So this is one such variants of MBA that is there.

May be, but I don't think they would fit into corporate field. Corporate workplace is very different for what they have worked. So fitting into it is very difficult.
