What are the areas in which the training companies have not been able to cater ?Or what are the lacunae in todays internal or external training platforms which need to be tracked so as to give a new dimension to the unmet training fundamentals?

Are there any yardstick to measure the learning imbibed? We know how to train a "dog" or other "beast"
Are you making any generalization or do you have any statistics to prove your message?
Time and Investment.
Time : - When some one is investing time on u it shows how much care they take.
On the Investment they need return Or the Efficiency of Capital.
TRAINING IS PROCESSING BUT IF WE CALL IT IN THE FORM OF EQUATION
TRAINING = TIME + INVESTMENT IF ONE FAILS TO PERFORM THE RETURN WILL HAVE NEGATIVE EFFECT
Well said Mr. muraidharan, u said what i thought, it is not only the quality or the skills level, even the budget provisioned in many companies for the training of HR is negligible compared to the amount spent on the up-gradation of technology or software, hence the mindset of HR does not match with the current requirement or the competence?!!
Today, Training Industry is purely commercial-driven. Tell me frankly, how many of the training institutions have a scientifically proven model to assess training requirement of a so-called "trainee". Are there any yardstick to measure the learning imbibed? We know how to train a "dog" or other "beast", and the results achieved by them are measured systematically, because they come to you with "emptiness", whereas, human beings are "superficial characters" - they don't reveal you "what they know and what they don't know" at the time you want them to tell you, because many such information is hidden in the sub-conscious mind and that would surface only when it is absolutely warranted! Every human being is a "knowledge repository" and the variation in expression is only in "degrees"! If we know this truth, every training institution would be successful!
Madam basically there are so many small and big reason gap of training in industry. I have made some analysis that i feel most important gap in training
(1) Many Company is not provide proper tarining or complete training in this competitive scenario, because company has no much time to provide full training. very few company that are providing off job -on job both training. Todays the trend is on job training directly, company is not taking much interest in off-job training due to lack of time.
In on job training ,there is no guaranttee that senior provide good training or not, focus on junior or not. Seniors are doing very few call then training finish and juiors have to perform ownself.
(2) The other important reason is that high job turnover ratio in todays scenario. We all know that jumping from one job to other job ratio is going high therefore company 's are not taking much interest to give training. They feel inconvinency while hiring the any new candidate that after 3-4 month if candidate will leave company.....
So due to the higher job turnover ratio, comapny are giving less focus on training, they give brief idea or overview.
(3) The another is competition, company wants only business in this competitve scenario and therefore they are much focus to hire experienced candidate. Since 3-4 years trend is changed that company is recruiting or focus more on experienced person, to avoid training and feel safe that candidate may be leave job, not an issue.
Other benefit that experienced person will give good business from competiton.
(4) The other lot of reason training gap like lack of motivation, how to tackle in stress or pressure, lack of proffessionalism,communnication gap, etc you can add.
