Employee morale is important to construct healtheir organisation culture. As we aware that during the working atmosphere there are several differentiations such as cast, creed, sex, language, individual culture, ethinicity, age, experiences etc.So inorder to breed employee morale HR department has to gear up their roles and responsibilities by proving themselves as a Role models or leaders of the organisation.Secondly whoever in superior post need to have patience to breed employee morale by implementation of Teamwork, direction of goals, avoiding politics, proper rewarding, appraisals, giving authorities as per the individuals responsibility.Organising events with the employees such as tours and picknics, debate session, sports. As we know organisations are the places from where people are employed and get paid for their services in turn its route/foundations for the socio-economic of the country's development and if we think in broad scenario these are the fields to sow and reap healtheir humans for the universe. So people will join and retire but organisations will run. So need healtheir and prosperous organisation.

First is recognising the work being put in to the operation & functioning of the office, next is appreciating loyalty/honesty - in this day & age when so much of job hoping and what i call staffjacking takes place management should pay due attention to those who are loyal to the company. Promoting staff from within the company is working wonders. Have people with a positive, friendly, approachable attitude able of empathising with staff as supervisors/managers - this would ensure a happy, cheerful environment where productivity would be increased and no one would mind putting in some extra hours if required. Most importantly like we did with the british raj we should do away with the divide and rule type of policy that most managements adopt to keep a tab on what is going on within (anyone who will succumb to such pressure will always be susceptible and maybe for the other side) If there is parity and proper hierarchy maintained one will find that all petty issues and misunderstandings are put to rest and not allowed to grow into discontent and loss of motivation. At the end of the day it is those at the bottom of the hierarchy who make the company work and even those reports and stats that the MD's, CEO's and all that follow rely on so much to prove themselves would not be possible without those so called lower down employee's.

Improving employee morale benefits everyone involved in a work place. Boosting employee morale means that people will take more pride in their work, call in sick less often and be more productive. Happier employees mean happier employers, since the employer will not lose money due to inefficiency and lost time. Improving employee morale can be accomplished fairly easily. In my opinion the best way to improve employee morale is by offering reward incentives. Encouraging social interaction between employees and immediately resolving conflict is another way to improve employee morale.
