America used to be the prime destination of the best and brightest immigrants from whole round the world, but now they started moving towards India. Around 1 lakh Indians are about to return to India in the next 3 to 5 years. What kind of problems will the government face?
The major problem faced by the government is population explosion. India is already suffering with high unemployment rates, and with the economic downturn, the number of jobs is vanishing day by day. With this new crop of talent coming back to India, the competition will obviously increase and the private sector will gain more opportunity to garner the best amongst the better. So this will make India further poor and lead to poverty.
Due to reverse brain drain, the first problem government is suffering is overcoming the increased competition on the already going on highly lack of jobs due to the overpopulation in India. The second thing is the problem in placing them in proper places so that we don't lose any proper talent in a hurry...

I am neutral just to comment I am here.. It does not mean I am on this side.. :) A company stands tall with the good balance between all the sources not alone HR or sales.. We can't compare them..Can we.. One can't go long without another.. |
