It has been said that person working in the reality sector booms with leaps and bounds because there are pretty good incentives in the field. But in reality,, is it so?? I've seen my friends working in the same sector selling good number of projects but when it comes to the incentives company moves the cheese under its stride...moreover if person handling residential when asked to sell commercial or vice-a-versa and if failed to do so faces the consequences of getting his/her salary getting on hold. So is it advisable to work in such an industry who doesn't care about its employees and their liabilities back at home???

I agree with Mr. Murthy. It would take a little longer for it to be booming. It is recovering from the slump but still it needs more time for one to call it booming.

The prospects in Real Estate industry is not promising. It is still recovering from the recession and it is too early to call it a 'booming industry'. Certainly it will recover and its prospects are good, considering present day trends.
