Dear friends, as per my knowledge, what I have been witnessing is that, the recent trends in the negotiation of hotel management contracts, its terms and termination and changes in bargaining strength have given owners more leverage to shorten contract terms, beef up termination provisions, and require better performance. I would like to know from you guys what different aspects you people have been witnessing?

the recent trend in hotel industry is theme based hotel i.e green hotels where adequate amount of ventilation is provided so electricity is not much consumed...
