There always remains a discussion on the scope and potential of rural markets. As the data points, 59% of consumer durable sales is contributed by rural markets (correct me if I am wrong). As far as marketing, customer loyalty are concerned, there are a lot of challenges that we keep discussing. I would like to know the different after sales service issues that are faced in rural markets and also are they a fall out of the challenges normally faced in rural markets or are they genuine issues
