Hello
What kind/level of online trading you do? For yourself or for clients? What charting software do you use? If you don't, how do you pick scrips to buy?
Sanjay.
IRIS is good Software helps a pro analyst with good Results ,
Falcon is better for Learning as is cheap and query Editor is not that great
and For personal use one may try out the Data Feeds Available On net From Yahoo which can be used with Amibroker , metastock and other charting softwares
Paid Data provider are plently best one is esignal data can be used in AMIBROKER and metastock
i have been personally using Advance get & IRIS
There are many charting packages available in India. To start with if you are new to the concept of technical analysis. You may go to sites like yahoo finance where they give broader indices charts.Nifty & Sensex charts are from daily charts to 2 years and also it give the user technical tools like bar chart, candle chart, stocastics, moving average, indicators to use.
For more seasoned user there is metastock, ASA Charting Software. Before venturing into buying any chart package, it is recommended either you take a course of Technical Analysis and also read the classic books of Technical analysis. And then step by step apply.

The choice of the charting software it truly very much depends on the investor himself and more so very much depends on trader's or chartist's needs and trading style. The financial instrument traded does not really play a major part in the decision process as almost all technical analysis (TA) software can chart stocks, bonds, commodities, forex, futures and options without any problems. As long as basic OHLC market data-feed is available, you are sure in the business. All the TA software d like MACD, RSI, Stochastics can be used for charting....

Point is IF Banks have implemented Two Factor Authentication. I know only of HSBC in India providing a device for the second factor. I support Mr. Srinivas's suggestion of opting for Mobile SMS based authentication, but again I personally dont know... |
One model that can be used is the open source model of software. Clean Technology costs too high to be mass adopted by public or even mass deployed by Govt., without huge subsidies i.e. With ever widening deficits, giving huge subsidies is simply not... |
