Only threat to indian BPO industry is Phillipines. As many of the companies are routing their buisness to Phillepins.

As long as other countries do not emerge in terms of competition to India, the BPO industry will continue to be in demand. India will still have the edge because of the fact that quality skilled and educated labor is available in large numbers.

So, don't worry about the success of the BPO saga. The only other factor that may have negative impact is the declining dollar rate. But then we have European countries to bank on.

The industry will continue till there is demand for Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO), Research Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Analysis Proves Outsourcing (APO) frankly saying there is no stop to it. The only thing that needs to be considered is the innovation in the  sector which would keep people intact.
