One of the biggest challenges is navigating the ever growing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contracts. It seems each agency develops one or more contracts that end up being redundant with other agency contracts. Many companies end up pursuing these contracts with no guarantee of work. Instead, you end up with a myriad of contracts not worth much unless you have truly effective business relationships with customers that want to get to you.

No, I dont feel that it will be a success. People might not prefer going to stay at such a hotel because they wouldn't have anything to do. Most of the gadgets work on electricity and they might feel concerned about living in room with no electricity.... |
