Reverse mergers can be a viable option however they are generally looked at as a desperate move anda shady part of wall street. If you NEED to do a reverse merger most likely the company is not all that viable. The positive is that you will not post 7.5% to the investment bank to take you publice (however dont expect wall street analyst coverage or any other favors) Make sure you have a good lawyer revers mergers are a giant pitfall full of scam artist, make a wrong move and you can lose your company.
