I want to know from all professionals who are working in corporates to explain what Indian companies demand from freshers in terms of skills & domain knowledge. Why Indian companies are finding difficulty in hiring freshers in their companies.
In other words we can say : What should an MBA guy possess to become salebale in the market.
Hina to keep it simple its "ATTITUDE " towards working. Today generation are more concerned about money than exposure. For example if you ask MBA student to work in a company for 8k, most of them will hesitate. They all wanted to start their career with 30k+. Companies are ready to pay but they want performers, so the candidate should accept the offer and should show his talent. But most of us don't. We sit and dream to reach the sky.... which is not possible. So have the right attitude and be successful in your career.....
ADOPTION, ADJUSTMENT and ADHERENCE - all related to ATTITUDE! Freshers need to understand if they really want to excel, they should be prepared to "unlearn" everything to "learn" something in real time. "An ounce of practise worth tons of theories". Theoretical knowledge and the real time situations are the two extremes of the same thread. How much will I get now is not important, but how long will I go with them is more important!
