Net Neutrality is very important and I agree with us protecting our rights. I do feel though that some efforts need to put into building a good network though and giving some protection around those that just suck up bandwidth without caring how it affects everyone

As to my knowledge net neutrality is an act of ISP providers through which they put their eyes on net users. They do it to speed up the access to the most opened sites but it decreases the speed of less viewed sites. This is good for those net users who views only general sites, and bad for others. Overall, net neutrality may be good if used in limited way.

Correct me if I am wrong....
