Now a days job seekers are writing some copied words as career objective. Instead just write what you are expecting in a job, what you can offer and your goal in the next 3 to 5 years. Briefly. Like "Consistant good academic record, willing to work hard and also in shifts, positive and constructive approach to issues, looking for a challenging career for the next 3 years" similar to this. One HR person asked "next 3 years ? after that you dont want to work for us ? " Pat came the reply.."if you treat me well, I stick to the company" HR Person asked "what do you mean by treating well" The candidate explained "recognize my services, give me good salary, treat me well". That's it. Needless to say, he got selected.
