HR industry is going to change now a days, many organization have made change in their HR policy, because job turn over ratio is already increased since 2 years. Company are making entertainment with music , refreshment,freely working atmosphere,movie ticket, tour trip with staff or family, festival celebrate, liberalization, give more extra benefit, reward system etc. for retain employee and employee satisfaction. Still company are doing more n more revised as per requirement..
