Customer Satisfaction is Psychological in nature. Are you retaining customers? Are you gaining new customers? These would be 2 imporatant factors in determining Customer Satisfaction. The rate at which you are gaining new customers and retaining current customers are a barometer for the job you are doing. Also, are customers giving you feed back whether positive or negative.
