Dear Yaswant,
Your question is not clear, If you fail to submit the Proof of Export,you have to pay the Duty amount with interest @15% p.a. from the date of removal of goods from the factory. Submitted but Late excise officer can fine for the late submission, i think it is 10% of duty amount or 5000/- whichever it higher.
