CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management, which helps the organization to manage its relationship with the customer. Broadly, CRM covers Marketing/Sales and Service Management. Marketing / Sales management takes care of the complete process of pre-acquisition stage of the customer till the prospective customer becomes the actual customer. Service management takes care of the complete process of post-acquisition stage of the customer, where the acquired customer is provided with prompt service to retain & grow with the customer.
