I doubt that our government has such strategy; that too helping private sectors..Our good old politicians doesn't have time to fight against party's and their own economical recession then where they will find time for preparing a strategy to fight against country's recession and to help private sectors...Unless we gain a vital number of political leaders those who work for the country and not for the party we will not be able to define strategy that helps our country's development. :-)
