What is Green PM?

Green Project Management is nowadays spoken theoritically...! Ya. Ofcourse. Unless we get steped into pratice to do in each of our activities, we can't change the global to be Green PM. With pleasure each and every one is describing for just an moment. But, After to that No one Cares on it. It should be pratically implemented along natural environment situation without affecting to other Source. So, According to Newton's third law, If Green Project Management is not followed in our field, It will create Equal and Opposite Reaction of each of our Activities. So, Take Responsbilities to make useage of Natural Avaliblity without harming to them.

Green Management means the word Green itself describes relation with nature.So whenever & whereever we work we must identify our work processes and their effects on Envoirement.for example if we are doing our project near mass open area then we must dig certain area to dispose our waste material such as boxes,papers,plastic papers,in order to protect any animal to eat it,thus we maintain our process as far as nature is concerned. 

I would like to know in IT Sector related with software development process completely, where do project managers think about green project management and methodologies, What exactly does the Green Project Management process involve, is it with Energy consumption of the project team or ... some thing else...?  Is it Going Green means in IT sector using natural resource of power for the purpose of development or building a green environment surrounding or minimising the usage of natural things like paper and power...?

Green Project Management or Green PM, is a process which fuses environment-friendly standards with project management methodologies and processes. GreenPM should be guided by an organization' s EMS ( Environmental Management System) and considers various operational elements, such as responsibilities, authorities, procedures, and resources.
