what is mean by greenzone building?

landscaping & the exterior design in a green building shall be in such a way that there is more shaded area,light trespass eliminated&local species of plants are grown.Green building by its design&shape shall not disrupt the natural water flows. Rain Water is to be fully harvested. Toilets shall be fitted with low flesh fixtures. Plumbing system should have separate lines for drinking&flushing. Grey water from kitchen,bath&laundry shall be treated&reused for gardening or in cooling towers of air conditioning. The natural light is harvested in the intermediate floors to minimize the usage of electricity.High-efficiency windows&insulation in walls, ceilings&floors are used for the benefit of better temperature control.High efficiency light fixtures make a pleasant lighting apart from saving the energy.In a designed green building the occupants shall feel as if they are in outdoor location. In the air conditioned environment a green building shall be specially equipped to ensure the indoor air quality for a healthy atmosphere. Even the nasal feelings shall be pleasant free from the odor of paints and furnishings.

Greenzone building(or) Green Building means rating system (or) Assesment system of the New Construction and Exixting Building. It  consist for 1)Wheteher Building Site has Sustainability or not 2) whether building has Water efficincy system in the way of Recycle (or) reuse system of treated water 3) Energy and atmospphere system susch that providing Renewable enegy source eg Solar energy system,Windmill system etc... Provide alternative system for  HVAC and refrgrirator which is heavily polluted the air. Apart from these,Using the local materials for Construction,4) Indoor air quality system like Provide Carpet  ,Insulation wall and ceiling Eco friendly painting etc.. Apart from these innovation of Design process in the Building Management system .

Above things wherever shall have (or) providing the Building is called as Environmental Friendly (or) Green Building. Ultimately it should make Green environment and Reduce the Pollution.
