I will like to know your inputs on the following questions
- What do you understand by the word "Brand"?
- What are the key requirements of any "Brand"?
- Describe the relationship between "Brand" and "Consumer"?
- What are the attributes of a successful Brand? Examplify ?
If a Brand is quality, taste, packaging, retail environment, line extensions, ergonomics, design & colour, sales promotions, price, corporate reputation & PR, sales force & service experiences, delivery trucks, WOM, telemarketing scripts & receptionists style, how you answer the telephone, prejudices & attitudes, collective & individual memories, to history. Scraps & straws that add up to a company's most valuable asset. A Brand is not just what you say it is, it is the totality of what the consumer experiences. ------------Shelly Lazarus
A "Brand" is Identity of Organisation, in simplest terms. It shows How a particular organisation producing that BRAND has rock solid yet flexible management, production team that knows only to add value to customer at profitable price, recognise customer needs,& mainly effective strategy to focus, analyse, operate & make profit for sustainable market leadership.
Brand is a very broad topic, actually its all about image or message of your product/ company which you would like to convey to your consumer/ partner/ vendor, brand building is poistionig your product/ company, how your product like to be seen from outside.. brand carry sentiments, company value, loyalty
A brand is a collection of symbols, experiences and associations connected with a product, a service, a person or any other artifact or entity.
A technique for prioritizing brand attributes involves correlating each attribute to increasing share of wallet with customers. The goal is to identify which brand attributes are most closely linked to customer loyalty by looking at how much customers spend with your business out of all the money they spend in your industry. By examining which brand attributes are working most successfully with the most loyal customers, you get compelling evidence that these are the brand attributes that are most important to your business.
