todays is competion market and in this situation costumer satisfaction is neccessery beacuse in 100,  only 20 % costumer are profitable for company remaning 80 % costumer take expenses to settle them only.

See Mr. Pareek, make customer fool and get profit is the old thing or strategy now a days. Today u hav big competition to be in the buisiness, so only customer satisfaction can make ur company profitable.

THE COMPANIES TODAY WILL REMAIN IN LONG RUN ONLY IF THEIR CUSTOMERS ARE SATISFIED FROM THEIR SERVICES,MEAGRE PROFIT EARNING BUSINESS CAN HAVE ONLY DEVASTATING EFFECT ON REPUTATION,THAT WILL LED TO SHORTEN THE HOLD IN MARKET.

each and every company get profit only and only after satisfied the customer or consumer... without satisfaction , company get only short term profit but for long term or long time buissness consumer or customer satisfaciton is must and only this is only one of best way for buuisness of success
