PECULIARITY OF A MANAGER IS THAT HE MUST ACT LIKE A MENTOR WITH JUNIORS AND GIVE THEM TIPS TO DEVLOP THEIR SKILLS SO THAT THE RESULTS MAY BE BETTER.

Be a Manager but act like one of his subordinates. In other words, get along with his team as if he is one of them but at the same show a tinge of manager in him/her.

manager is person who thinks his ideals which serves best in the interest of his organisation with the motto " Do what the organisation deserves - The best " that is the role managers deserve best possible solutions which can make himself the best compatible tool for his organisation rest is all useless in the professional world
