I agree with you Sheetal, to put things in perspective, Its the "Emotional Quotient" and in some cases the "Logic Quotient" which makes an ad a success..You have to strike a note with the target segment and you get only a few chances to do that..Look at all the great ads, and analyse, its only and mostly either of the two.Address their emotional need and you are a success, and in my opinion a contributor to Brand equity
