DO:

  1) First make a chart of customer you are finding. Then call  them,or meet them personally. I think   this will work.

2)Be polite while talking,

 3)Talk less & listen more.

DONT:

 1)Never ever talk  rough with your customers.

 2) Dont talk like chatterbox,Be clear what u talk.

 3) Let them understand.
